Fresno New Starts

A series of small apartments developed specifically for Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health to provide scattered site housing for individuals in services.

Sequoia Village is a former 50-unit motel in Visalia, California, converted to 50 permanent supportive efficiency apartments for individuals and families at risk of homelessness, The units are complete with kitchens, and five units are ADA mobility accessible.

Completed in 2025, Majestic Gardens was a Homekey 2.0 project that brings 42 units of affordable housing to the Visalia community.

The Park at 1309

A Homekey 2.0 project, The Park at 1309 provides 69 units of affordable housing for Fresno City College students.

Privately developed in 2021, The Sands Place transformed a blighted motel into affordable student housing for Fresno City College students who are experiencing homelessness.

Developed in partnership with Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health for Behavioral Health Bridge Housing, Phoenix Landing provides low-barrier, service enhanced emergency shelter to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and co-occurring behavioral health disroders.
